You receive damaged, defective, or expired products.
The product delivered is different from what was ordered (wrong item, wrong specification, or missing quantity).
Non-receipt of goods within the promised delivery timeline.
Order cancelled before shipment.
Note: Refunds for Agricultural Equipment & Machinery are handled case by case, depending on warranty/return terms set by the seller and manufacturer.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage after delivery.
Perishable goods (fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy, meat, fish, etc.) unless reported at the time of delivery.
Customized or made-to-order items.
Digital products, services, or consultation fees.
3. Refund Process
Request Submission:
Customers must raise a refund request via ANAT MART support or the My Orders section within:
24 hours of delivery for perishables.
7 days of delivery for non-perishable items & equipment.
Verification:
Proof of issue (photos, unboxing video, invoice, etc.) may be requested for validation.
Approval & Refund:
Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit, within 7–10 business days.
4. Seller Responsibility
Sellers must ensure that products are properly packed, genuine, and as described.
In case of disputes, ANAT MART may hold seller payments until resolution.
Refund amounts may be adjusted against seller payouts in case of proven faults.

At ANAT MART, we value the trust of our customers and strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Since we deal with agricultural goods, fresh produce, equipment, and FMCG items, our policies are designed to protect both buyers and sellers, while maintaining product quality and safety.
1. Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch:
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
Cancellation requests can be raised through My Orders → Cancel Order or by contacting our support team.
After Dispatch:
Once shipped, cancellation will not be possible. Customers may request a return (if eligible) after delivery.
2. Return Policy
Eligible Products:
Non-perishable goods (e.g., farm equipment, implements, machinery, packaged FMCG items) are returnable within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
Fresh, perishable items (vegetables, fruits, dairy, meat, marine food, bakery, etc.) are non-returnable, except in cases of:
Wrong item delivered
Damaged or spoiled product on delivery
Return Process:
Initiate a return request from My Orders within the allowed period.
Our logistics partner will arrange a pickup (where applicable).
Quality checks will be conducted before processing the return.
3. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are applicable only for identical items in case of:
Wrong size/variant sent (e.g., packaging size, flavor, type)
Manufacturing defect or damage in equipment/machinery
Fresh items cannot be exchanged, but a replacement/refund may be provided if delivered in unsatisfactory condition.

COD orders: Refund will be issued via bank transfer / store credit / wallet balance.
